What is the inspiration for this Paris Elopement?
Paris is a unique city where the most romantic spots to elope are sometimes just across the street. In early September, the brightness of the city offers perfect lighting during the day, and we can still hope for a clear evening sky under the shining lights of the Eiffel Tower.
Alena and Ben eloped for the very reason they were here in the first place â each other â but without compromising on the good sides of a traditional wedding: having a photographer and a videographer, officiant/celebrant, decoration, cake, and champagne! And even an exciting arrival in a vintage car.

Planning and coordination for this intimate elopement
The couple wanted a very intimate Paris Elopement with just the two of them and the officiant in the most romantic places of Paris, the city that brought them together.
âI remember clearly the first time we met in this bar. I only spoke a little French at that time so you answered with this favourite British accent of yours, you smiled and surely made a couple of jokes⌠You were so kind. This special feeling I had really was love at first sight.â Our bride, Alena shared during their wedding ceremony.Â
We chose three locations and set up the itinerary for the day, all along with a team of wedding photographer and videographer: an outdoor ceremony with a view on the Seine, a romantic stroll on the Ăle Saint-Louis, and the cherry on top: an exciting joyride to the Eiffel tower by night. As Paris elopement planner, we always make sure that the vendors are all sharply coordinated, especially for an itinerant elopement.

Our couple's intimate wedding experience
Alena and Ben wanted their wedding to inspire romance, fashion, and elegance. While the vendors were setting-up the decor for their ceremony, the couple got ready with the help of their make-up and hair artist at home. The last comb, last jewels et voilĂ !, they hopped in their vintage Mini to join us. Their elopement by the Seine started as the first rays of sunlight illuminated Paris: the officiant wrote a very touching ceremony for the couple to pronounce their beautiful vows.
"You are my dream that became reality, you are the men of my life and you are the right person which is so rare and precious to find. So many things have already happened to us and so many things yet to come, and Iâm extremely happy to share every second of my present with you, Ben. You are my support, you are my inspiration, you are my friend, you are my teacher, you are my critic, you are my love, you are my everything."
And pop! Alena and Ben cheered to the beginning of a new adventure and cut the first slice of their tiered cake. And of course, they couldnât miss out on a few macarons.
The afternoon and evening were all about capturing beautiful images of the couple in the charming streets of the capital.
